This sweet dress is the perfect addition to your Fashion Friend's wardrobe for celebrating Valentine's Day.  The dress is made of an adorable valentine bird print in red, fuchsia and turquoise on pink cotton.  The sleeveless babydoll bodice is fully lined with a red polka dot ribbon bow at the waist.  The skirt is gathered at the babydoll waist for a lovely silhouette with pinked edge tiers in dove, turquoise polka dot and turquoise, red and pink stripe print cottons.  The dress fastens in back with buttons.  Add the matching headband for a hair accessory.  The retro style knot headband is made of bird and polka dot print cottons and features elastic behind the neck for easy styling.
